Card processing is Stripe’s own fee, charged directly to your Stripe account at their published rates. We add nothing to it, and your money never passes through us.
Do you take commission on my bookings?
No. You pay the monthly plan and nothing else — no commission on direct bookings, no commission on OTA bookings, and no fee per booking. What the OTAs themselves charge is between you and them; we take nothing on top.
Are any features locked to a more expensive plan?
No. Every plan includes every part of Stayvieo — channel manager, booking engine, EPOS, payments, reports, mobile apps, the lot. The only thing the price depends on is how many rooms you run.
What happens when I add rooms and cross into the next tier?
You move onto the next price from your following invoice. Nothing switches off and no feature disappears — a 21st room changes the number on the bill and nothing else.
Do these prices include VAT?
No, all prices are shown excluding VAT. UK VAT is added at the prevailing rate, and if you are VAT registered you reclaim it as normal.
What do card payments cost?
Stripe charges its own fee on each transaction at their published rates, billed directly to your own Stripe account. We add nothing to it, and because payments run through Stripe Connect your money never passes through us.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum contract?
Neither. Setup and onboarding are included, there is no lock-in contract, and you can cancel any time. The 14-day trial needs no card.
What if I run more than one property?
Several properties can sit under one login with shared reporting — it is how we run a hotel, a B&B, two guest houses and an apartment block ourselves. Get in touch and we will work out the right shape for your group.
