Yes. Card details are captured and stored in a PCI-DSS compliant vault, tokenised so the raw number is never held in your system or seen by your staff. You take payments without carrying the compliance burden of storing cards yourself.
Can I charge a no-show or a late cancellation?
Yes. If a card is held on file for the booking, you can charge a no-show or a cancellation fee to it later, in line with your policy, without asking the guest for the number again.
How do restaurant and extra charges get onto the bill?
They post straight to the booking’s folio. Dining from the restaurant or EPOS, plus any extras or fees you add, all land on the one running bill so checkout is a single balance.
Do invoices come out in the right currency?
Yes. Invoices and receipts use your property’s currency and figures, generated automatically when the folio settles, so your paperwork is consistent and ready for your books.
What about deposits taken through OTAs?
Prepayments and virtual cards from the channels are carried onto the booking, so what the guest has already paid and what is still owed are clear on the same folio.
